1. General information

  1. This policy concerns the website at the address: marketCAT.app

  5. The site uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Running the newsletter
    • Delivering the services ordered (including generating AI advertising audits)
    • Handling enquiries sent through the form
    • Presenting the offer or information

2. Processing of Meta platform data (Facebook Platform Data)

Within the Ads Auditor service the site uses the official Meta Graph API. In that connection:

  1. Scope of the data retrieved: The site retrieves only the data needed to carry out the audit, that is ad account identifiers, campaign names, spend statistics, efficiency metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and aggregated event statistics from the Meta pixel.
  2. Purpose of the processing: This data is used solely to generate a one-off analytical report using artificial intelligence algorithms.
  3. Sharing of the data: Anonymised numerical data (without names or personal data of your store’s end customers) is sent to an OpenAI model for logical analysis.
  4. Storage of the data: Data from the Meta API is not stored permanently in the site’s database after the audit session ends, unless the user chooses to save the finished report in their client panel.

3. Procedure for deleting data and withdrawing access

  1. A user can disconnect the application from their Meta account at any time by clicking “log out” in the site’s panel or by removing the permissions for the “MarketCat AI Auditor” application directly in their Facebook profile settings (section: Settings and privacy → Security and login → Apps and websites).
  2. To delete all data connected with the account, send a request to: support@marketcat.app. The data will be deleted within 7 working days.

4. Selected protective measures applied by the operator

  1. The places where you log in and enter data are protected by an SSL certificate.
  2. User passwords are stored as hashes.
  3. To protect the data, the operator regularly makes backups and updates software components.

5. Hosting

  1. The site is technically hosted on the servers of the provider JDM.pl.

6. Your rights

  1. You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or erased (the “right to be forgotten”) and to have the processing restricted.
  2. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
