Q: Is MarketCAT difficult to set up and use? A: No. We designed MarketCAT for simplicity. The process is straightforward: register on our site, upload a CSV file with your orders, and our intuitive interface will guide you through mapping the columns. The first reports are available almost instantly, without the need for complex configuration. For WooCommerce users, we also offer a simple plugin for automatic data synchronization.

Q: What data does MarketCAT analyze? Is it secure? A: MarketCAT analyzes anonymized sales data, such as orders, products, and customer locations, to generate analytical reports. Data security is our top priority. All information is transmitted using secure encryption (SSL) and stored on our protected servers. Q: What happens if I don’t renew my subscription? A: If you choose not to renew your subscription, your access to the MarketCAT analytics panel will be suspended. You will no longer be able to upload new data or view your historical reports. Your data will be securely stored for a short period before being permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

Q: Can I test the service before buying? A: Of course! We encourage you to download and install the free LITE version of our WooCommerce plugin. It’s the best way to test the basic analysis features directly in your store.
