How to delete your data

The application MarketCAT Ai Social Poster stores the access token for your Facebook page in the database of your own store. The marketcat.app server does not keep it permanently.

Route 1 – in the WordPress dashboard

Go to Social Poster in the left-hand menu and click Disconnect. The token is deleted from the database immediately.

Route 2 – on Facebook’s side

Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → MarketCAT Ai Social Poster → Remove. Facebook invalidates the token immediately and notifies us of the disconnection.

Route 3 – write to us

Send a message to kontakt@marketcat.app with the address of your store. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.

If you arrived here with a confirmation code in the address, your request has already been recorded and carried out.
