Privacy policy – MarketCAT Ai Social Poster

Who this policy applies to

It concerns the plugin MarketCAT Ai Social Poster and the Meta application of the same name, managed by JFK DESIGN KATARZYNA HARATYK-JAGIELLICZ, ul. Wieniawskiego 18, 41-506 Chorzów, Poland, VAT ID PL6271824348.

What data we process

Once a Facebook page is connected, the application receives only:

• the list of pages the logged-in person manages, meaning names and identifiers,
• the access token for the chosen page, needed to publish posts,
• the public identifier of the user’s Facebook account.

We do not collect friend lists, private messages, contact details or any information about the people following the page.

Where this data is stored

The access token is saved in the database of the client’s store, in encrypted form, and never leaves that server. Our intermediary server (marketcat.app) takes part only in the login itself: it passes the token to the client’s store and deletes it on its own side immediately after receiving it, and at the latest after five minutes.

For what purpose

Solely to publish posts from the client’s blog on the Facebook page they chose, either immediately or at a scheduled time. The data is not profiled, not resold and not passed to third parties.

For how long

Until the page is disconnected in the plugin panel or the permissions are withdrawn in the Facebook settings. Either one invalidates the token immediately.

Deleting the data

You can disconnect the application at any time in your Facebook settings (Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites) or use the data deletion form. You will receive a confirmation code.
